Q: What terms do we offer?
A: Day offices, Month-to-Month, 6-month, and 1-year or 2-year terms.

Q: What is a day office? Can someone rent an office for the day?
A: We offer daily office rentals which include a private office with telephone lines, T-1 Internet connectivity and access to all other on site support services.

Q: What is our price range for full time office space?
A: Metro Office offers all-inclusive, full time single executive office suites starting at $900. All-inclusive full time multiple office suites start at $1500. For more detailed information, please contact us.

Q: How many centers do you have?
A: We have nine centers total; four in the District, four in Northern VA and one center in Chevy Chase, MD. In addition, Metro Offices has over 600 affiliate locations in the world.

Q: What is our price range for virtual office space?

Q: What is a Virtual Club?
The Virtual Club program is unique to Metro Offices. It is a specific area that is designated as our “plug and play” area. Bring your laptop and you are in business! It is available by the hour, day or week.

A: Technology companies, Lobbyists, Attorneys, Software Developers, Financial Service providers, Fortune 2000, Information Security companies, Pharmaceutical companies, Non-profits, Associations and Federal Contractors—to name a few.

Q: How long has Metro Offices been in business?
A: We have been providing premier executive office space for over 17 years.

Q: Are your meeting rooms fully equipped?
A: Yes, our conference/meeting/training rooms have T-1 Internet access, speaker phones with conference calling features, high resolution projectors, electronic projection screens, white boards and lecterns. Some environments are wireless. Catering and beverage services are available upon request. Video conferencing is available at some locations.

Q: Do you have any computer training rooms?
A: Yes, we have computer training rooms with 10 networked P4 workstations with high resolution monitors. T-1 Internet access is available. Training centers are available at our Dulles Corner and Tysons Corner locations.
