MVP 5 – Meeting Facility

  • Setup Fee: $75.00
  • Monthly Fee: $800.00
  • Benefits:
    • 80 Hours of Guest Office, Meeting Room and Virtual Club Usage
    • After-hour building access (8pm)
    • Weekend building access
    • Internet Access
    • 16 Hours of Meeting Room, Guest Office and Virtual Club Usage
    • Access to all other Metro Offices’ services

Additional Information

  • All Plans include access to copy center and administrative support services. Please see Fee Schedule for comprehensive list and pricing
  • Lobby Listings are subject to availability and incur an additional cost that varies per center.
  • TWO months service deposit is required for all Virtual plans paying by check. If monthly bill is paid by credit card, ONE month service deposit is required
  • Client may not use the same office center for more than three consecutive days at a time.
  • Meeting Rooms are available Mon – Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Please see Fee Schedule for hourly and daily pricing
  • There is a cancellation policy for all Meeting Rooms. Please refer to Fee Schedule or Virtual Service Agreement for details
  • Out-going mail processing – applicable postage rates plus 20%
  • Weekly Mail forwarding includes administrative support and supplies, but not postage
  • Virtual membership plans that include Mail Service but have less than 16 hours of Meeting Room time per month are required to comply with USPS regulations and use a PMB number incorporated into business mailing address.
