Metro Offices and Autism Speaks

Hello all…we are so excited to share with you that Metro Offices has partnered with Autism Speaks  and will be participating in their Walk Now fundraiser!

The walk will take place on October 22, 2011 at the National Mall in Washington DC. Metro Offices will have a tent set up along the pathway with beverages and snacks for our teams to enjoy. The event is family-friendly, and Autism Speaks will provide a number of activities including carnival games, face painting and animals for the kids.

We want you to join us for the kickoff party! This is a great opportunity to come and meet other people in the DC area who are committed to the importance of such a good cause:

What: complimentary hors d’ouevres and soft drinks
Cash bar/$5 BLUE Autism Speaks specialty drink
How much: FREE ADMISSION for registered walkers or $30 donation at the door.

Each Metro Office location has a center manager that will be the team leader for the walk. Any client is welcome to join under that leader, or you can register as your own company or individual. Our goal is to get 100% participation from all of our branches, so we encourage you to visit the website and sign up! You also have the option of organizing your own fundraising activities if you wish to do so.

Be on the lookout in our Executive Cafes – in the weeks leading up to the walk, we will be providing pastries and other assorted goodies for our clients in return for small donations to help raise money for Autism research.
