Move That Body!

Folks, you only have one body. Saying that, being physically fit is an integral part of maintaining a sharp mind, which is imperative for competing in the global market of today.

There are many Americans who live a sedentary lifestyle, and their complaints are always the same:

  • low energy
  • constantly tired
  • unable to focus
  • slow in the decision making process

Their hours at work are unproductive due to caffeine fixes intended to counteract their fatigue, but the impending caffeine crash always negates their best efforts.

On the other hand, people who work out just four times a week sing a different tune:

  • alert during the day
  • energetic
  • sharp mental focus
  • lower stress levels

Not having stress leaves room for clarity, which means that you can approach tough situations at work with acumen.

Look, we’re not saying you have to go crazy. But even just making a point to exercise for 30 minutes every day will drastically improve your health in the following ways:

  • Increase blood flow to the brain which improves your decision making abilities
  • Blood sugar is metabolized more efficiently which means no more midday crashes and therefore, more productivity at work
  • Sleep better
  • Spend less money by not having to visit the doctor or take medications that alleviate weight-related illnesses (heart issues, diabetes, arthritis, etc.)
