Where are your virtual office locations located?

We offer 9 professional business locations in Washington, DC, Chevy Chase Maryland, and Virginia. Our DC offices are located in Dupont Circle, Farragut Square, and Metro Center (directly connected to the Metro Center Station). Our Northern Virginia offices are in Arlington, Tysons, Fairfax, Herndon, and Reston VA.

What are your virtual office services?

All 9 of M.O.’s locations are pleased to offer virtual office services, including mailing addresses in Washington DC, Mary, mail handling, mail forwarding, call answering, and call forwarding.  We also provide package delivery via FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and courier services. 

Can you help us support our home-based, remote and mobile workforce?

We can provide your remote team with access to support facilities and a professional environment to meet with clients and colleagues. Our technology services – including VoIP, unified communications, video conferencing, data center, and cloud computing – will support them at home or on the road.

Can we use more than one virtual office space?

What are your hours of operation for virtual office clients?

Virtual members are welcome from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday.  Metro Offices follows the Federal Holiday Closure schedule.

Can the building be accessed after hours? Are you open on the weekends?

Our offices are open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Virtual office members may arrange for after-hours access, including weekends, on an as-needed basis through our center managers. Our Private Office and Dedicated Desk Members enjoy 24/7 building access! 

Can we use more than one location for our mailing address, mail handling and mail forwarding?

Yes!  Sign up for your choice of 3 business addresses in DC, MD & VA with our “DMV” package.

Do you offer international mail forwarding?

Absolutely!  Typically, international clients schedule weekly mail forwarding, however, last-minute mail requests and next-day deliveries can be arranged with our team.

Is virtual mail secure?

Yes.  We have designated mail slots for each of our clients.  Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

Do you offer live receptionists or virtual receptionists?

Our live receptionists, located in one of our own office spaces in the DMV, are a part of an award-winning team supporting businesses for over 31 years!  We believe interacting with our clients on a daily basis makes a difference.

Will you provide me with a local phone number?

Yes!  Our phone packages, the “Classic” and “Pro” both come with a local dedicated phone number, with professional, personalized, and local call answering & forwarding. Calls received after hours will go directly to voicemail.  Voicemail to email notifications can be programmed so you never miss a call.

Do virtual office clients have access to shared workspace and meeting space?

What onsite amenities does meeting space come with?

Our shared office spaces in downtown dc, Maryland, and Virginia are equipped with free fast, and secure WIFI, Polycom Speaker Conference Phones, flat-screen plug and play HDMI, Clickshare, Chromecast, Apple adapters, and portable whiteboards. Enjoy delicious coffee and tea – on us! All virtual client reservations may arrange for additional beverage services, catering, and any additional services with our center teams. 

Do you have video conferencing?

Yes, our Reston Office (located on Plaza America Drive) and Metro Center locations (located on 12th St in NW Washington DC) provide video conferencing. All other locations are equipped with flat screen tv’s supporting plug and play screen share through HDMI/Clickshare/Chromecast/Apple TV screen share adapters.

Can you help us reduce travel time and expenses?

Our office centers offer video, audio, and web conferencing solutions which allow you to save time by meeting with your global clients virtually, without incurring costs for plane tickets, meals, and hotels.
