A: Metro Offices will create a customized workplace solution for your company using our blended-workforce model of some dedicated offices, some shared workstations along with some remote worker solutions thus reducing your real estate cost per person substantially.

Q: Do you offer flexible terms?
A: Yes, we offer month-to-month to thirty-six month terms and provide solutions for 1 – 200 workers.

Q: Can you help our company save money on meeting and training rooms?
A: Yes, on average Metro Offices meeting and training rooms are 30% less than hotels and we have no mandatory catering fees. Our fully equipped meeting rooms also provide a more comfortable and professional environment; they are equipped with wireless internet, dedicated bandwidth, web and audio conferencing, video conferencing, Polycom speaker phones systems, whiteboards, flip charts, color copiers, scanner, printers and on-site administrative staff.

Q: Can you help us reduce travel time and expenses?
A: Our Office Centers offer video , audio and web conferencing solutions which allow you to meet with your clients globally while not incurring costs for plane tickets, meals, and hotels as well as saving time on travel.

A: The Virtual Club program is unique to Metro Offices. It is a specific area that is designated as our “plug and play” area. Bring your laptop and you are in business! It is available by the hour, day or week.
